For sale is a beautiful vintage porcelain figurine depicting two birds on a branch, from the famous German house Lippelsdorf Porzellan (Thuringia, East Germany / GDR). Made around the 1960s-1970s.
It features excellent plasticity and soft handmade painting under the glaze (underglaze painting) in natural tones. The base has the original blue factory stamp with the crown.
Height: 16 cm.
Material: High-quality German porcelain.
Condition: Very good vintage condition. There is a small, barely noticeable chip on the tip of the tail of the upper bird, which is clearly visible in the photos and has been taken into account in the price. It does not affect the overall aesthetic of the piece.
